We were going to take our youth group guys for their first winter camp, but because of a winter storm, we decided to take them to a cabin in Oakland Mills, Henry County Iowa. I would have to say I was rather impressed with these cabins and would be interested in going back there in the fall. Here's some pictures of the overnight trip.

It's not exactly adventurous, but it's an awesome place if you need to get away for the weekend. Perfect place for a retreat or group get-together. Highly recommend it. They have 2 of these cabins on the lot and each can sleep about 12 people comfortably. They also have a playground on the lot. It does have electricity, heat/AC, running water, appliances, etc.
There is a hiking trail nearby for a nice day hike. There's not much living space in the cabin, so I wouldn't house a lot of people in one cabin in winter unless you're planning on having a lot of outdoor activities. Reasonably priced. Check it out.
